FAQs for bringing pets
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! With preapproval by the owner at the time of your booking. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Not all properties at Maravilla are pet friendly but they are welcome at 2311.
Why are some breeds excluded?
This is due to the insurance of the HOA and safety for other guests. We reccomend restricted breeds stay home with a pet sitter or in a boarding facility. The HOA enforces restricted dog breeds.
Are there other pets excluded?
Wild, agressive animals or exotic animals and reptiles.
Is there an additional pet fee?
Not a specific fee. However, any excessive hair left or damages to the furnishings/condo will be taken out of the security deposit and billed to the guests. We have a sweeper in the unit and furniture covers to keep hair down.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
No! None of the local beaches allow dogs on the beach. South Walton patrols the beach and will ticket any dog without proper beach permits. Are there pet friendly restaurants?
Dogs are allowed on some patios and outdoors areas. Check with the individual establishments before going.
What are pet rules for #2311?
- Don't leave pets unattended for long periods of time
- We'd prefer you crate your pets when you aren't there because it is a new place and they may miss you and get into trouble
- Use a blanket or sofa cover if they are on sofa and bed.
- No dogs may be left on balcony unattended or tied out.
How is #2311 designed to be pet friendly?
We installed pet friendly LVP plank flooring throughout the condo. The balcony is concrete and can get hot. We have pet friendly fabrics. Any and all accidents MUST be wiped up immediately to prevent damage to flooring
What to bring when you bring the pup?
Bring your dogs bedding, food, supplies, leash, poop bags, toys etc. We have dog bowls and extras of what you may forget for them.
